• Please make sure to count all the luggage that you will be bringing (including carry-on). This information helps us choose a suitable vehicle.

Private, Non-stop Service

• Reservations are assumed to be private (no additional passengers will join), unless stated.

Courtesy Waiting Time

• We understand that flights get delayed and airport queues can cause you to miss your reservation time. Your driver will wait up to 30 minutes past your reservation time.
• If you believe you will not be able to make your reservation time, please notify your driver (via phone or SMS).
• Please understand that we may not always be able to wait beyond 30 minutes, due to other scheduled trips. If your driver cannot wait any longer, we will help arrange an alternative method of transportation for you.

How to Modify/Cancel Your Reservation

• If you made a reservation and later learn that you no longer require your scheduled ride, please notify us as soon as possible.
• If you need to modify or cancel your reservation (number of travellers, luggage, etc) please notify us at least 24 hours before your reservation time. Please note that our vehicle availability changes day-to-day, and your modification may not be possible.
• If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation time, we will happily refund any payments made.
• After we confirm your reservation, we reserve a vehicle and driver for your trip. Please understand that we cannot refund day-of cancellations.

Privacy Policy

• We only collect the information we need to provide transportation services. We will never share your contact information with third-parties.
